Make wine ice cubes

If you are a regular drinker of the same wine like me, I find it convenient to make wine ice cubes. If you have wine ice cubes available, you can cool off a warm wine quickly by adding the wine ice cubes... as they melt, the wine does not get watered down. The wine ice cubes are also good for making wine coolers. I find that using half regular ice cubes and half wine ice cubes is the way to go. if you use all wine ice cubes the drink gets too strong as the ice cubes melt. If you use both types of ice cubes, it maintains a good flavor without getting watered down as the ice cubes melt.
