1- Get yourself a 55 gallon drum ( obviously ). You can get one almost for free from the site at the bottom.

2- Divide your drum in quarters, and cut one of those quarters with a Sawz-all. This part will eventually become the lid.

3- Take an angle iron and make a rectangular shape out of it. Weld this rectangular shaped iron in the middle of the 55 gal. drum. This iron will be used to provide support to the whole structure of the grill.

4- Find a mesh metal that can be utilized as the primary grill. Make sure the edges of the metal are not sharp for safety reasons. Once again, if you don't have such a piece you can surely find one from the site at the bottom of this tip.

5- Build a stand for your grill by bending some metal pieces into moonshapes and welding them at the bottom of your grill.

6- Find some strong metal to build the legs of your grill and presto!
