Sending large files

Sending large files can be a pain in the butt. Some people use email clients that limit the maximum size of a file that can be received, while uploading the file, your connection may get wiggy requiring you to upload the file again, and burning to a DVD and setting by snail mail takes days. YouSendIt fixes all that.

With YouSendIt, you can upload files to their servers, and people download the files from their servers. This completely bypasses email clients for sending large files. Even better, using their application software, they can manage interrupted uploads so that if something goes wrong during an upload you don't have to upload the entire file again.

They offer varying levels of this service, from free to various levels of paid. As you pay more, you can upload bigger files, get more bandwidth and get information about who has downloaded the files. Whether you are a casual user who wants to share large files with friends, or you are a business who needs to share large files with clients on a regular basis, the YouSendIt has a plan for you.
