Create iTunes App Store account without a credit card

Apple is finally letting people sign up for an App Store account without requiring a credit card to do so. It's a bit more complicated than signing up for a regular account (Apple lists 14 steps) but at least you can do it... and you only have to go through the process once. If you want to create an App Store account so that you can download free apps and you don't want to give Apple your credit card information, the instructions are here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534
