Firefox in Fedora always starting in offline mode
I had a problem using Firefox in Fedora... every time I started Firefox it was in offline mode and I'd have to go up to the file menus and uncheck the "Work Offline" option to get Firefox back online. If this is happening to you, the fix is pretty easy.
Open a new tab and type about:config in the address bar. Dismiss warnings as needed.
In the filter, enter toolkit.networkmanager.disable.
When this brings up the toolkit.networkmanager.disable option, double click on it to change the value from false to true.
Close Firefox and restart it. It should then open up normally and not be in offline mode.
