Cleaning copper pans

You can easily make your own cleaner for use in cleaning copper pots and pans. Mix equal parts flour and salt and add enough vinegar to get a past-like consistency. Use this paste to scrub the pan. When done, rinse with water and buff the copper to a shine with a soft cloth.
