Parallels for the Mac -- best way to run windows
If, God help you, you need to run Windows on your Mac. Make sure you do so using Parallels and not the Apple Boot Camp. Apple's Boot Camp requires you to shut down your machine and restart it in Windows mode. It's a major pain. If you run Parallels, you can run Windows in a separate window within OS X. It's way more convenient, and well worth the added cost.
