Cleaning ink stains
Here are a couple different tips you can try if you are trying to remove an ink stain:
- For a white fabric, add lemon juice to salt to get a paste-like consistency. Rub this paste into the stain and rinse with water.
- Dab, don't rub, the area with a cotton ball soaked in rubbing alcohol.
- For hard surfaces like walls, spray an alcohol-based hair spray on the stain and dab.
- Soak the ink stained article in milk over night and then launder as normal.
As with any stain removal, there is the chance that the removal agent will discolor the material containing the stain. To make sure this doesn't happen, always test the stain removal agent on the material in an inconspicuous area.
Hope on of these works for you.
