measuring laundry detergent

When you get a new container of laundry detergent, make sure you use the measuring scoop/cap that comes with the laundry detergent. Don't keep the old one around. The detergent companies are always changing up the concentrations, so even if you have a scoop from the same brand of detergent using the old scoop may result in your using more detergent than you need to be using.
