With Saint Patrick's Day right around the corner, I thought I'd share one of my favorite Irish dishes.

Not saying that this is the 100% winner in the Corned Beef And Cabbage recipe category, but it is from my 100% Irish mother-in-law and it's one I've used for many many years!

It's simple and easy, and that's my favorite way to cook so I hope you'll enjoy it and share it with others.
