Send files to and from an iPhone over Bluetooth
One feature lots of people want for the iPhone is the ability to transfer files to and from the iPhone using Bluetooth. iBluetooth makes it possible to do just this. The only downside is that Apple doesn't allow you to actually do this so it only works on iPhones that are jailbroken.
This may become moot when Apple announces the upgrades available in the 3.0 firmware next week, but I've been expecting copy-and-paste for over a year now too... and I'm still waiting.
