Show folder sizes in Windows Explorer

You can update Windows Explorer to show the total size of folders while you are browsing. With the Folder Size plug-in, you get a new column in the Windows Explorer that shows the sizes of files *and* folders. It runs a background job to compute the folder size information. So once the job completes, this information is not computed, it's looked up. So it's fast and it doesn't slow down Windows Explorer.
