Don't forget to replace your toothbrush
You should remember to change your toothbrush every 3 - 4 months. If you don't remember how long it has been, look at the bristle of your toothbrush. If they point, or bend, outwards and are frayed at the end, you should replace your toothbrush. A toothbrush with frayed and bent bristles is less effective at removing plaque and increases irritation of the gums.
