Trap Call (http://www.trapcall.com/) is a free service that lets you see the phone numbers of callers even when they are blocking caller ID. When you see a call from a blocked number, you push a button on your phone. This routes the call to their phone center and it then gets routed back to you, but now with the callers phone number exposed. Works on any type of mobile phone and almost all mobile carriers.
