Free GIMP book online

If you are using the GIMP (a free alternative to Phototshop), there is a free version of the a GIMP book available online called "Grokking the GIMP". You can even download a tarball of the book so that you can read it when you don't have an internet connection. If you are looking to get started using the GIMP, or you want to see what it can do, this book is a good place to start.
