Keyboard menu shortcuts for the Mac

On the Mac running OS X, there's a shortcut that allows you to get to the menu commands using just the keyboard. Hold down the "Control" key and press "F2" (if you are on a laptop, you need to press the "fn" key when you press "F2" for this to work). Let go of both keys and press "Enter". When you press Enter, the menu with the Apple icon (the one on the far left) will be highlighted. You can then the use left and right arrow keys to move between the menu options and the up and down arrow keys to move within the options for a given menu. Once you find the menu option you want, hit Enter again, and it'll behave as if you clicked on it.
