Unschedule time to reduce stress
If your work, or life, is too stressful, try scheduling some unscheduled time into your day -- some time where you don't *have* to be doing anything. A break of this sort even if it is short (half an hour), can really help to break up the stress of a day and leave you feeling more relaxed.
