Password protected PDF files on the Blackberry Storm
If you're trying to open a PDF on your Blackberry Storm that has password protection, it's not obvious how you are supposed to enter the password so that you can view the PDF. If you get a message about the PDF being a password protected document, here are the steps to take to view it (assuming you know the password).
- When the password protected document message shows up, press the Escape button which is the one with the arrow.
- Press the Menu button and then select Password.
- Type in the password and then press Enter then select Retrive and confirm this by selecting Yes.
Once you do that you should be able to see the password protected PDF document on your Blackberry Storm.
