More accurate scroll wheel scrolling

You can get more accurate scroll wheel scrolling by holding down a key on the keyboard when you are scrolling. If you are on a Mac, hold down the Command key while you are scrolling. If you are on a Windows machine hold down the Alt key when scrolling. This will result in a smaller scrolling step.
