If you want to change the screen you see when you boot up Windows XP, Stardock offers a program called bootskin that allows you to custom the boot screen. It works for both Windows XP and Windows 2000. The program is really easy to use, and it makes for a nice differentiation from everybody else. Once your friends at work see this, they'll all want it too.
