Change the Windows XP boot screen
If you want to change the screen you see when you boot up Windows XP, Stardock offers a program called bootskin that allows you to custom the boot screen. It works for both Windows XP and Windows 2000. It comes with 5 skins (screens) that you can choose from, and you can select more skins to use from here: http://www.wincustomize.com/Skins.aspx?LibID=32.
The program is really easy to use, and it makes for a nice differentiation from everybody else. Once your friends at work see this, they'll all want it too.
