Keeping cilantro fresh

If you want to keep your cilantro fresh longer, get a paper towel and lightly dampen it with water. Wrap the cilantro in this paper towel and put it in a zip-loc bag. Store the bag in the refrigerator and your cilantro will stay fresh for at least a week.
