Drink water to lose weight

Here's a very simple tip that will help anyone lose weight: don't drink anything other than water.

Drinks such as sodas, fruit juices, and sports drinks have a lot of calories. Just read the nutrition information and you'll see. To see how much this can help you, keep track of every non-water drink you have over the course of a week and how many calories were in the serving you had. Even if you only one a day, you'll be surprised at how many calories this adds up to over the course of a week.

In most cases you'll find that the number of calories consumed in drinks over the course of a week is equal to or more than an entire day's recommended allowance of calories.

Just think, it'd be like you didn't eat for an entire day for once a week. By choosing water instead, you'll be well on your way to losing weight.
