Learning Google Maps API
If you are looking to create a site that makes use of the Google Maps API, there are really only two sites you need to check out to get started.
- Google's API home has a fairly decent explanation and it makes a good reference: http://www.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/
- This site is actually a better place to start if you are just learning. It's a very comprehensive tutorial on the Google Maps API, it covers all of the functionality and it provides a lot of examples: http://www.econym.demon.co.uk/googlemaps/
