Backup the registry of your computer.

If your computer constantly crashes or you receive many errors then there is a good chance you have registry errors. Before fixing registry errors its a good idea to backup the registry just incase things go wrong, from the registry editor of your operating system click "File" then "Export", type in regbackup then click "Save".
