Bulk resize images in Windows

Microsoft PowerToys (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/Downloads/powertoys/Xppowertoys.mspx) has a bulk image resizing app that makes it super-easy to perform bulk resizing of images in Windows XP. Once it's installed you select all the images you want to resize and then right-click. You'll see a new menu option called "Resize Pictures". Select it and you'll get the menu for the bulk image resizing. It has a lot of options that give you very fine control over how you images are resized. You can download the image resizer directly from here: http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe
