Burnt pie crust

No need to use any aluminum foil or pie crust shield; just place your pie on a shiny, light colored silver cookie sheet. The light colored silver does not conduct heat the way a medium or darker grey cookie sheet does. I've baked pies up to 70 minutes with perfect light colored brown crust every time!
