Add an RSS feed to Facebook
If your blog has an RSS feed, you can configure Facebook to import your RSS feed into Facebook so that new entries on your blog show up on you wall in Facebook.
From the Facebook Home page, click on the Notes link on the right side of the page.
Click on the import a blog link on the right.
Enter the URL of your RSS feed, accept the terms of use, then click on the Start Importing button.
You'll be shown a preview of the RSS import, you then need to confirm that you want to continue this import.
Once the import is confirmed, new entries from your blog will show up on your wall in Facebook
