If you are searching on Google and you are logged in, you may notice some new icons next to your search results. They look like so (circled in red):

You can click on the first icon (the up pointing arrow) to indicate that these are the results you want. Next time you search for this search term on Google, this will be the first result.

You can click on the second icon (the X) to tell Google that you never want to see this result again. This lets you get rid of spammy results that occasionally still manage to show up in Google search results.
