Gears of War 2 is a lot of fun. But one problem with this game that I run into that I don't have with other first-person shooters is that a lot of times it's not clear what you are supposed to be doing exactly. Even worse, if you don't do what's needed in a short period of time you die. It's a little frustrating since most games allow you to wander around until you figure out what you're supposed to be doing.

If you find yourself getting stuck in Gears of War 2, a game guide is what's needed. It'll let you know what you need to do and it'll provide tips on how to do it. I like the guide at Gamespot: http://www.gamespot.com/features/6200768/p-3.html. It gives you a chapter-by-chapter walk through of Gears of War 2. Even with the guide, the game is still challenging.
