Wintertime Park and Rec Classes

County rec centers offer everything from ballet to woodworking for kids. This morning, I enrolled my son in a kids' soccer class. Ten weekly sessions, 45 minutes each. Cost: $69. It's run around time during a season that seems to encourage laziness. It's cheap, it's safe, and it's a great diversion.
