Best PHP reference

If you are coding in PHP, the best reference by far can be found at php.net. The thing they do that is so great (and makes me wonder why other online resources don't do it more), is they allow users to make comments on every page. As a result, you get a lot of really good tips and code examples specific to the command you are looking to use.
