Buttermilk substitutes

If you are baking or cooking and you need buttermilk, here are two substitutes you can use. To make 1 cup of buttermilk you can use instead:

1) 1 cup of milk plus 1 tablespoon of vinegar

2) 1/3 cup of milk and 2/3 cup of plain yogurt
