Ctrl+Alt+Delete with remote desktop

If you are on another computer using remote desktop you'll find that the Ctrl+Alt+Delete key combination does not work on the remote machine. When you hit this key combination, it takes effect on the local machine not the remote machine. If you want to perform a Ctrl+Alt+Delete on a remote machine, you have to swap out the Delete with the End key => Ctrl+Alt+End.
