Bugs on a log: Spoon peanut butter onto a celery log, and top with raisin bugs.
Cucumber sandwiches: Spread cream cheese onto a slice of pumpernickel bread. Then add slices of cucumber. Top with another slice of bread and cream cheese. Cut in quarters.
Fruit smoothies: Mix two cups of fruit, one serving of yogurt, and a carrot in the blender. Add a few ice chips to chill it.
