Easier way to customize Time Machine

There are some system level commands you can use to gain better control over the interval that Time Machine on the Mac uses when performing backups. But for the less technically inclined, this is a little daunting. Now there's an app that makes it easy to adjust your time machine backup times. It gives you greater control over the interval, and it also allows you to set up specific times/days when you want the Time Machine backups to happen.
