PhotoFunia lets you take a picture of a face and have some fun with it. When you upload a picture to their site they have technology that can find the face in a picture. And then they let you put your face in all sorts of fun situations. There are hundreds to choose from. You can create some pretty funny avatars or pictures for using as your IM picture or for message boards.
