If you need a depth stop indicator when drilling holes, there is a quick and easy solution available. Measure out the depth on the drill bit itself, then get a small piece of masking tap and tap it around the drill bit at the correct depth. When the tape gets to the surface in which you are drilling, you know when you have reached the correct depth.
