Green Tea has a lot of anti-oxidants and is quite good for you. If you are a caffeine drinker, green tea is probably your most healthy option. But some people can't get past the taste. If you'd like to take up green tea but the taste is keeping you from doing so, try starting out with a green tea that is mixed with another type of tea like mint or lemon. These tend to have a mellower taste. Once you get used to them, you can then try switching over to straight green tea so that you get the full anti-oxidant benefits.
