Thawing frozen fish

Okay, don't ask me why this works, but it does...

When you are thawing out frozen fish, place the fish in milk when it is thawing. Normally, frozen fish tastes a lot more "fishy" than fresh fish, but if you thaw the frozen fish in milk, it will taste much more like fresh fish.
