Sumo Paint is the latest entrant in the web-based image manipulation software that is delivered in a browser using Flash. Of all the ones I've looked at so far, I like this one the best. The drawing program is really good, it has layers, tons of effects, and it does not bog down my computer like some of them do. They also let you use it without having to sign up for an account or anything, which is also nice. It's a powerful drawing program, it's free, it's easy to use, and it works. Not a bad combination really.
