Remove Outlook from the taskbar

An easy way to make more room in your taskbar is to remove Outlook from the taskbar. If you use Outlook, it's almost always open, so it's always taking up space. To remove Outlook from the taskbar when it is opened right click on the Outlook icon in the notifications area (all the little icons near the clock). When you do this you'll see an option in the menu called "Hide When Minimized". Select this option and Outlook will no longer show up in the taskbar when you minimize it freeing up room for other applications.

Tried that, sorry but it's still in the task bar even though outlook is shutdown.
