Garage Door Maintenance

Always lubricate your garage door hinges, rollers, spring, and opener chain (if chain driven) each season. This keeps it quiet as well as easier to move saving wear on your opener. Lubricating the garage door spring keeps it from drying out and binding which can break it causing $100+ repair. You can use WD-40 or better yet "garage door lubricant" from Home Depot.
