Forgot Your Toothpaste? Get it free.

Hotels keep travel size toothpaste tubes behind the desk and dish them out for free. So if you forget your toothpaste at home, don't buy it from the overpriced gift shop. Just ask the front desk person.

This also enables me to travel without toothpaste, thus avoiding the ziplock bag for gels that TSA requires.

some hotels charge for that too... I was charged 1pound at a hotel in london. Better you ask if it is free

For the places that dole stuff out for free, you can usually get other sundries too like toothbrushes and razors.
