change the iphone email signature
To change the default email signature attached to emails sent from your iPhone follow these steps.
Go to the Home screen and tap "Settings".
From the Settings screen, tap "Mail".
In the "Sending" section (near the bottom) there is a setting called "Signature". Tap it. Once you do the Signature editor will appear and you can update the signature to be whatever you like.
