Fring is a new application available for the iPhone that allows you to use Skype to make calls so that you can call on your iPhone withotu racking up minutes on your phone. The only catch is that Fring will only work over wi-fi, it does not work if you are going over AT&T's network (you can probably guess why). Even with that though, this is still a great app to have. And it's free. If you are a Skype user and you have an iPhone, you'll definitely want this.
