Removing facebook applications
With the new interface in Facebook, it's not as clear how to remove applications that you have installed on Facebook. It's still easy though. Here are the steps to remove an application from Facebook:
1 - Click on the "Application" menu that is in the bottom left corner of your Facebook page.
2 - This will open a menu, select the "Edit" link at the top of the menu.
3 - This will bring you to a list of your Facebook applications. Each one will have a "Remove" link on the right side of the table. Form here it's pretty obvious what to do :)
