Drink Stout for a good low alcohol content beer

Stout beers in general and Guinness in particular usually have a relatively low alcohol content, say around 4%. The perception that stouts are heavy and strong couldn't be further from the truth. Remember, it's the Guinness that's on the top in a black-and-tan.
