Disposable e-mail addresses to deflect SPAM

Need to give out an e-mail address but are afraid of being spammed? Give 'em a disposable address!

Two services, both free...

1) spambob.com
2) spamgourmet.com

The cool thing about spambob.com is that you have three options to choose from. Create an e-mail address that...

a) you can check on the spambob.com site (semi-private)
b) forwards received messages to your real e-mail address
c) instantly deletes any received messages
