Free up memory on a blackberry

An easy way to free up memory on your blackberry is to get rid of any additional languages you have on your blackberry that you are not using. You can check for unused languages by go to "Options" > "Advanced Options" > "Application". Once you get there you'll see a list of your application as well as any languages that are supported.

Highlight the language you want to delete and hit the Menu key. Select Delete from the menu. You may be asked if you want to restart, select No. Keep doing this until you delete all of the unused languages on your blackberry.

Once you are done turn off your blackberry and remove the battery for a minute or so. This will ensure that all of the languages are really gone from memory.

While you are in the Applications section of Options, make sure you delete "Blackberry Sample Video". This contains the sample videos on your blackberry. Most people never use these and since they are video, they do take up some amount of space.
