Rechargeable batteries

If you regularly use electronic devices that take batteries, consider switching over to rechargeable batteries. Rechargable batteries are more expensive initially, but over the long run they end up saving you money as they can usually be used over 100 times before needing to be replaced. If you figure out the cost over that time frame, this is actually a big money saver. Rechargeable batteries are also better for the environment. Batteries contain a lot of nasty chemicals so the fewer of them you use, the better.
